Chris Schultz

Chris Schultz is a part of the Logistics and Industrial Services team, specializing in negotiating business terms for leasing, disposition, and acquisition transactions of industrial real estate assets. His responsibilities include marketing, strategy, advisory and implementation, and leading lease reviews / negotiations. Chris brings an in-depth logistics and supply chain perspective to identify long-term value for his clients. Prior to joining JLL, Chris worked at UPS in operations and as an industrial engineer, developing and implementing work measurement to facilitate process improvements and optimize operating conditions. He also provided guidance, support, and training to division and business managers to enhance cost and service operating strategies. Additionally, Chris held project management responsibilities, including operational and economic forecasting and analysis. Chris began his commercial real estate career at Cushman and Wakefield as part of its Capital Markets team.

Chris studied Economics at Gettysburg Gollege with a special focus on finance. When not at work, Chris enjoys skiing in the winter and sailing competetively in the warmer months, as well as playing guitar.
