Bio
Chris Rosenstock is the founder of Auctus, a successful real estate entrepreneur with a passion for senior living, commercial, and residential real estate investing. Chris started his career at Pacifica Companies after graduating from University of San Diego Graduate School of Business and Law school. He completed more than $3 billion in real estate transactions for Pacifica as well as successfully transacted around the residential downturn creating average returns in excess of 50% IRR. Upon leaving Pacifica, Chris transitioned into a partnership role at DiNapoli Capital Partners (“DCP”) where he successfully started a senior housing platform, and helped lead the firm’s hotel and office platforms. While at DCP, Chris acquired in excess of $100 million in two years which included the firm’s first non-performing note acquisitions. Chris’ acquisitions produced superior returns for investors while also improving the lives of senior residents within his communities.In 2014, Chris founded Auctus as he saw an opportunity to create a firm that takes a long view to real estate investing and will strive to provide superior risk adjusted returns. Most importantly the firm will do it in a way that honors and improves the quality of life for the residents in Auctus owned communities.
Chris resides in Bozeman, MT with his wife and four children. Interest outside of work include spending time with his family, skiing, hunting, surfing, or on a Montana trout stream.
