Chris Richter

Mr. Richter is a Principal of Senlac Ridge Partners. In his role, he is responsible for overseeing all aspects of development and construction. He has over thirty-five years of experience in the areas of civil engineering, land planning, project management and real estate development. Previously, he was Senior Vice President of Development for Avison Young’s New Jersey Office. Mr. Richter received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Vermont and has a Masters in Civil Engineering / Construction Management from the Stevens Institute of Technology. He is also a Licensed Professional Engineer and a Licensed Professional Planner in New Jersey.
