Chris Porter, SIOR, represents sellers, purchasers, landlords, or tenants, in the sale or lease of industrial facilities, land or build-to-suits in the Chicago marketplace. In addition, he provides advisory / strategic and transaction services for clients with multi-market (national and international) commercial real estate portfolios. Since joining C&W in 1987, Chris has been involved in the successful completion of more than 800 transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $1.5 billion and is a consistent top producer.
