Chris has been in the commercial real estate industry since 1984. Prior to joining NAI Puget Sound Properties as a Principal of the firm in 1997, Chris was a Vice President at CB Commercial Real Estate for 12 years. Prior to CB, he was a sales representative for the Xerox Corporation. Over Chris’ real estate career, he has been involved in hundreds of transactions totaling over $1 billion. Many creative transactions include

tenant representation, landlord representation, subleasing, lease renewal, sale and build-to-suit sales and leasing. Chris received his B.A. in Economics from the University of Washington and served on the University Athletic Department’s Tyee Board and the board of trustees at Overlake Golf & Country Club. Chris enjoys boating and golfing and is an avid sports fan.
