Bio
In a company that prides itself on creativity, design and building community through meticulous planning, service and art, Chris might be the most creative person on the team. High-value transactions, public/private partnerships, big projects and small projects alike, Chris makes it happen. Chris’s responsibilities include managing and monitoring all accounting functions, financial reporting, strategic planning/budgeting, financing, investment analysis and investor/lender relations. Chris has been involved in over $1 billion in real estate transactions including development, acquisitions, financings and dispositions, and he has helped Buckingham grow into a national developer with signature projects such as CityWay, Eddy Street Commons and Aertson Midtown. A native to Indianapolis, Chris holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Ball State University and a master's degree from Butler University. Chris also holds a self-appointed master's in grilling on his Big Green Egg, which is far more valuable to his friends and family than his finance skills. Chris spends his free time with his wife and four kids, demonstrating the same type of commitment to his Buckingham family for over 11 years now. If only his walls could talk, maybe they could help translate some of those spreadsheets.
