Bio
In September 2018, CBRE Group, Inc. (NYSE: CBRE) acquired CB Richard Ellis-N.E. Partners, L.P. (CBRE/New England), a long-standing joint venture with Whittier Partners Group and the leading full-service commercial real estate services operation in New England.
Chris is a Senior Vice President with the CBRE/New England Consulting Group. Chris specializes in the finance and accounting impacts of corporate real estate decisions with a focus on U.S. GAAP. He works with clients on strategic planning, complex financial modeling, transaction structuring and value creation opportunities.
His tenant advisory experience includes work with Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Harvard Medical School, TJX Companies, State Street Corporation, Boston Consulting Group and Shire. His experience with landlords includes assignments with NB Development, Boston Properties, Equity Office Properties, Alexandria Real Estate Equities and BioMed Realty Trust.
Prior to CBRE/NE, Chris was a Senior Vice President at Transwestern | RBJ. Prior to that, Chris was an Enterprise Applications Sales Representative for Oracle Corporation and a Senior Auditor for Arthur Andersen LLP where he earned his CPA.
