Bio
Chris manages all aspects of the development process for new projects at Bijou Properties including acquisitions, financing, design, construction, and leasing. Prior to joining Bijou Properties, Chris worked at J.P. Morgan on the real estate investment team where he focused on the acquisition and development of institutional-level multifamily, office, retail, and industrial properties in the Northeastern U.S. Chris graduated with an M.S. in Real Estate from NYU and a B.S. in Finance from Case Western Reserve University.
