Chris specializes in industrial brokerage, servicing both corporate occupiers and institutional investors. As a native of Charlotte, Chris has a strong understandingof the surrounding markets and the growing opportunities in each.

Before joining Avison Young, Chris was a member of the RED Partners brokerage team and his areas of expertise included investment sales and analysis, tenant representation, and general commercial transactions. Prior to joining RED Partners, Chris was an investment analyst for Multi Housing Advisors (MHA) assisting with multifamily transactions across the Carolinas.
