In his nearly 30 years of experience in the hotel and gaming industries, Chris Komanowski has gained a solid reputation and experience in project management, development, asset management and acquisitions/dispositions.

Prior to joining CBRE Hotels, Mr. Komanowski provided development and transactional consulting services to real estate owners and developers primarily focused on resort, gaming and mixed-use projects throughout the United States. Mr. Komanowski has also held executive corporate development positions at Harrah's Entertainment, Inc. and Marriott International, and oversaw high profile development projects across the United States. In additional to his development experience Chris held different hotel operation roles with Sheraton and Westin Hotels. Mr. Komanowski is able to capitalize on his extensive hotel experience to provide sales advisory support, finance, market research and valuation services to meet the capital needs of investors and individual owners of hotel, resort and gaming properties.
