Chris Koehler brings a wealth of experience to his role as an Associate for Newmark Philadelphia’s Multifamily Capital Markets team. He is responsible for assisting in the transaction process, financial underwriting, and creation of marketing materials.

With two years of real estate experience under his belt, Chris came to Newmark in June of 2021, having previously worked at Truist Financial Corporation. During his time there, he quickly rose through the ranks from Analyst to Associate, where he was responsible for overseeing junior team members and assisting in underwriting and debt origination for senior housing clients across the country.

Education

Koehler earned an undergraduate degree from Clemson University and his Master of Business Administration degree in Real Estate Finance at Villanova University.
