Since 1985, Chris has been involved in over $1 Billion worth of sales activity and over 10 Million square feet of leasing transactions. Chris has consistently been ranked as the top professional on the San Francisco Peninsula since 1991 and as the number one professional in the Bay Area in 1999, 2000, and 2006. In addition to this, Chris has qualified for the company's "Chairman's Club" from 1990-2013 and was named the number one professional in the Northwest Region in 2000, qualifying him for the Colbert Coldwell Circle representing the top 50 professionals worldwide.
