Chris Jackson

Mr. Jackson is an Asset Manager for Starboard Realty. Through working closely with partners, property managers, consultants, and services, he is responsible for optimizing property performance and investment returns through the analysis of property efficiencies and identifying value-add opportunities for investment projects. Prior to Starboard Realty Advisors, Mr. Jackson worked as an Asset Manager overseeing a portfolio of 12,000 units in multifamily and student housing across the U.S. and Canada. The portfolio achieved an 8% year-over-year increase in NOI on a same-store basis. Along with asset management, Mr. Jackson assisted in acquiring $700M in acquisitions in various markets. Mr. Jackson graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and a Minor in Spanish.
