Mr. Hook's involvement in the expansion of DIRECTV's tech support center in Missoula, Montana secured an incentive program that included low-interest financing to build a 78,000-square-foot facility, a donation of 12 acres of land and the creation of a Tax Increment District for site infrastructure. His expertise and strategic alliance resulted in millions of dollars in operating cash savings for DIRECTV over a 10-year lease term.
