Chris Hickok is an Managing Director and the Industrial Market Lead in the Industrial and Corporate Services Group in the JLL Minneapolis office. Chris has over 26 years of experience with site selection, corporate client transactions, agency leasing, build-to-suit developments, surplus property dispositions and investment sales. Years of experience 26 years. Chris is responsible for Industrial Agency leasing sales, Investment Sales and Tenant Representation in the Twin Cities marketplace. Experience Prior to being recruited by JLL, Chris spent 17 years leading the Industrial Brokerage Group at United Properties (now Cushman Wakefield/Northmarq) in Minneapolis. During his career he completed over 22 Million Square Feet of transactions that range from leasing, sales development and corporate representation.
