Bio
Chris Green joined CenterPoint Properties as Development Manager, Central Region, in 2019. He manages the Central Region development process with the development team, including assembling land, governmental approvals, selecting design engineering teams, bidding, negotiating, pricing, and developing project schedules. Before joining CenterPoint, Chris served as a Project Manager for Mortenson, where he was responsible for managing data center construction. He received a Master’s degree in Project Management from Northwestern University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Dubuque. Department: Development Markets: Central
