Chris Fraser

Before joining JMA, Chris worked as an Associate at RealtyMogul.com, where he worked in an origination and underwriting capacity focusing on debt and equity investments on behalf of the company’s two private REITs and private placement platform. RealtyMogul.com has invested over $300 million in multifamily, office, retail, and hotel assets across the U.S. Chris was responsible for leading due diligence efforts for prospective investments, including deal, property, and market level research and analysis. His primary responsibilities at JMA include due diligence and underwriting of acquisitions, as well as assisting in asset management.
