Chris Chandor’s combined experience in both development and asset management makes him uniquely qualified to help lead those projects requiring the most significant repositioning efforts, as well as new development and redevelopment initiatives. Prior to joining The Davis Companies, he spent five years with the Boston Red Sox leading efforts to acquire and redevelop strategically important properties in the Fenway neighborhood, together with the complete renovation of historic Fenway Park. In addition, he worked closely with local municipal officials in Florida to plan and develop the new Lee County Boston Red Sox Spring Training Facility in Fort Myers, enabling the Red Sox to remain in Fort Myers for another 30 years. Prior to joining the Red Sox, Mr. Chandor spent six years with Trammell Crow Company as Vice President of development. During that time, he led large-scale projects for a wide variety of clients, including over 450,000 sf of speculative office development in suburban Massachusetts for multiple institutional funds, a 505,000 sf distribution warehouse in Seabrook, NH, more than 550 beds of student housing for three Boston area universities, and a 475,000 sf suburban office build-to-suit for ING Financial Services in Windsor, CT. Prior to Trammell Crow, Mr. Chandor spent two years in commercial lending with Deutsche Bank Berkshire Mortgage underwriting commercial and multi-family loans. Mr. Chandor has an M.B.A. from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College and a BA in Economics & History from Tulane University
