Bio

Chris Campbell has represented some of the most prominent landlords and tenants in Northern California. He provides clients with strategic planning and consulting services as well as offering experience with every stage of a project from pre-development planning to backfilling expired leases. He is also the Sacramento Area's leading Big Box leasing expert, having successfully leased multiple Northern California box disposition portfolios.

Represented Inland Western on their Mervyn's portfolio disposition, involving eight locations originally, all of which are fully occupied

Works with Les Schwab, and has established a 25-location roll-out in the Greater Sacramento Area

Works extensively with Citadel Equities, leasing eight of their shopping centers

Last year alone Chris and his two partners, Jason Read and Scott Carruth, completed 202 transactions

In 2006 and 2013 Chris was awarded the Broker of the Year award by the California Association of Commercial Real Estate, and has been nominated every year for the last 15 years 

He consistently ranks among CBRE's top 5 producers in the West and the top 20 producers nationally

Chris won the 2012 Larry Perrish award which is given to only one retail professional nationally and it is the highest accolade given in the retail specialty
