Christopher N. Bosley joined Cushman and Wakefield (C&W) in July 2001 through the merger with Cushman Realty Corporation, which he joined in February 1999. He has built his reputation and success representing Corporate Tenants and Institutional Landlords. He has been involved in over 1000 leasing and sales transactions representing institutional clients as well as professional firms.

Mr. Bosley is proud to have worked on two of the most significant headquarter transactions in the last 20 years. He worked on the Boeing Headquarter (250,000 SF) relocation from Seattle to Chicago and Fluor Headquarter relocation from Orange County to Dallas. Both companies are members of the Fortune 500 and had had a long history in both market cities from which they moved. Mr. Bosley graduated from San Diego State University with a BA in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting. He is a member of the Corporate Real Estate Network (CoreNet Global) with MCR Designation and National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). He devotes free time to fundraising and other charitable efforts and is a Board Member of The Environmental Nature Center in Newport Beach and Child Creativity Lab in Santa Ana. He consistently is a loyal supporter of the National MS Society, Boys & Girls Club, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, and National Audubon Society. He resides in Newport Beach with his wife Kristine, and two children Bellamy and Gavin.

Awards & Associations

Mr. Bosley has received numerous commendations and awards over the course of his career. Some of his more notable achievements include being named "Broker of the Year" by The Irvine Company, "Power Broker" by the CoStar Group, Inc., and receiving the Dallas Business Journal's "Headquarter Relocation of the Year" award. In addition, he is regularly named to C&W's prestigious President's and Chairman's circles.
