Bio
Chris is a Principal at Evergreen and oversees all business activities in California along with his business partner Rogg Collins. His primary responsibilities include creating shopping center development opportunities throughout California and crating relationships with new retailers to help facilitate their expansion plans. Chris also works closely with our existing retailer clients and is actively involved in store placement strategy, site acquisition and assemblage, deal structuring and negotiations, preliminary due-diligence, site planning and deal documentation. Chris has more than 20 years experience in real estate finance, investment and development and has worked for both public and private real estate companies focusing on different product types. He holds a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science with emphasis in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Southern California.
