Chloe A. Gehrke is a seasoned real estate management executive with over 20 years of experience in all aspects of property and asset management.Since January 2014, Chloe has been the Director and Principal Broker of Vectra Management Group’s Salt Lake City Office which she opened to provide high quality, high integrity, owner-centric property management services to Vectra’s principals and third-party clients. She leads a team of talented professionals in managing a real estate portfolio consisting of office, industrial and retail space in excess of one million square feet. Prior to 2005, Chloe was a Property Manager with Pinnacle and oversaw the operations on several residential and commercial projects and also had the opportunity to work on condominium conversions and management of multifamily HUD financed properties.hloe is a licensed Utah Real Estate Broker and lives with her husband and two sons in Bountiful, Utah.
