He is a key driver in the development of proposals, offering memoranda and other data driven materials. Chip is a licensed broker in the state of North Carolina. A native of Charlotte, Chip is very knowledgeable of Charlotte market dynamics and the surrounding markets enabling him to be a resource to brokers. Chip attended North Carolina State University where he studied Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, along with an honors certification in business analytics. Prior to joining Avison Young in June 2022, Chip worked as a risk assurance auditor at a Big-4 accounting firm.
