Chelsea N Masdon

Chelsea Masdon is an Associate Investment Manager at Dermody Properties in its Southeast Region, based in Atlanta. Ms. Masdon is responsible for supporting the team’s investment and development initiatives in the Southeast Region, using her extensive experience in marketing, database management, and business administration. Before joining Dermody Properties, Ms. Masdon was Senior Client Services Specialist at Colliers International-Atlanta, where she assisted in the marketing and closing of more than $700 million in industrial properties. She spent most of her career with Cushman & Wakefield in many leadership roles such as Senior Brokerage Coordinator and Senior Administrative Assistant. Ms. Masdon holds a dual degree – a Bachelor of Business Administration in both Finance and Hospitality from Georgia State University, with specializations in hospitality and event/meeting management. She also holds a Masters of Commercial Real Estate degree from Georgia State University and a Georgia Real Estate License, and is a member of the NAIOP Developing Leaders Program.
