Chelsea Abt

Chelsea Abt is a Human Resources Generalist at L&L Holding Company and manages the day-to-day operations of the human resources functions, as well as the administration of the human resource policies, procedures, and programs. Ms. Abt assists with employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organizational development, and onboarding/offboarding programs. Chelsea ensures L&L is competitive, attractive, and continues to make L&L Holding Company a place our employees love to work.

Previously, Ms. Abt was a HR Specialist for Live Nation Entertainment’s Media & Sponsorship Division. Chelsea maintained relationships with each employee she onboarded by continuous coaching and yearly check-in meetings. She developed the division’s employee engagement programs, procedures, and human resource information systems. Chelsea was responsible in attracting and retaining top talent, curating a diversified and fun work culture, and creating programs which assisted us to become a part of Fortune 500’s Best Places to Work.

Chelsea graduated from Kingsborough Community College with an Associate Degree in Business Administration.
