Bio

Chee is Senior Vice President of Development for Concord Eastridge. He brings unconventional new ideas for project financing, regulatory and commercial strategies to guide ConcordEastridge, and designs valuable solutions for construction development projects.

In addition to his development skills, Chee balances the business and aesthetic needs of his clients to advance sustainable architectural design. With more than 20 years of experience, he leads and transforms strategies in design, project feasibility, development management, financing, and construction oversight.

Chee joined Concord Eastridge in 2007 to provide full-cycle project management and to support new business initiatives through due diligence efforts in conceptual design, market feasibility, and project financing.

Prior to joining Concord Eastridge, Mr. Kung was Vice President of Development with The Stout & Teague Companies in McLean, Virginia and an architect with Murphy/Jahn Architects in Chicago, Illinois. While at Murphy/Jahn, he worked on a number of high-profile high-rise projects in Asia and Europe. Mr. Kung has experience with multiple asset types and has managed all phases of the development process. He has worked on projects ranging in size from building renovations to multi-phase 1-million SF mixed-use projects.

 

Chee holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate from Cornell University and a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the University of Houston. He is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
