Chaz Jaquess

Chaz Jaquess is the Director of Construction Management for Intelica CRE™. In this role, Chaz oversees the construction management team. He also runs point on some of the larger, more complex construction projects. Some of the strategic objectives Chaz is focusing on include revenue management, hiring and software implementation. Chaz brings over 10 years of past construction experience, completing tenant improvement projects, managing multifamily housing, historic renovation and commercial construction projects with complex financing. He has provided services as an owner’s representative and third party inspector in seven states for banking institutions. Chaz lives in St. Charles County with his wife, two children and two dogs. He enjoys spending time with his family and traveling.
