Chase Kerley joined Crescent Communities in 2016 and is responsible for land acquisition, entitlement, and development. His primary responsibility is leading all Industrial pursuits in North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Florida, and managing The River District. Chase has over 16 years in land acquisition, community development, and residential pipeline management experience and has led acquisition and entitlements for over 5,200 lots while managing annual development budgets averaging $145MM in the Carolina’s. Previously, Chase served as the Director of Land Acquisition and Development for Fielding Homes, Dan Ryan Builders, and Shea Homes. Chase holds his real estate license in both North and South Carolina and graduated from NC State University with a BS in Business Management and Finance.
