Chase Easley, director for Newmark’s Central Texas conventional multifamily team, was born and raised in Austin and has been in the multifamily business since 2019. His primary responsibilities include business development and managing investment sales transactions throughout Austin and San Antonio for institutional, regional and private client investors. He actively engages with investors throughout the entirety of the marketing and disposition processes and works closely with our Central Texas Debt and Structured Finance team to assist in the financing of transactions. Chase joined Newmark in 2019 as a financial analyst, where his experience included underwriting, asset pricing and valuation strategy, and market research for multifamily assets in the Central Texas region. Chase graduated from TCU’s Neeley School of Business with a Finance degree in 2016 and is a recipient of TCU’s Faculty Scholarship. He is an active member of the National Multifamily Housing Council and the Real Estate Council of Austin.
