Charlie Watson

Charlie is a director in the Portland office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than seven years of experience in commercial real estate, including debt and equity financing. Charlie primarily handles permanent, bridge and construction financing, in addition to equity placement.

Throughout the course of his career, Charlie has underwritten, marketed and closed more than $2.2 billion transactions ranging from $1 million to $225 million. He started at HFF in October 2012.
