Charlie Singer

One might say that Charlie was born to be in the real estate industry. Originally from Baltimore, his mother served as the General Counsel for a real estate investment trust and ever since he's been intrigued by the line of work. Charlie double majored in finance and legal studies at Tulane University in New Orleans and moved to the Big Apple upon graduation. He went on to work in New York City as an investment banker for Goldman Sachs, where he conducted financial analysis and modeling, and helped to orchestrate debt raises and other capital raises. Charlie now lives in Aspen where he helps achieve the financial goals and objectives of the Snowmass Base Village team. When not at the desk developing intricate financial models, Charlie can be found skiing, biking or hiking the incredible trail systems just steps from his back door.
