Professional Expertise Charlie began his commercial real estate career in 1994 after selling the Phoenix Media Group, a publishing company he founded in New Orleans. Charlie joined Cushman & Wakefield in 1995. Over the past 25 years, Charlie has specialized in providing tenant representative and consulting services, as well as site selection services. Components of site selection services include market research, strategy development, financial evaluation, deal point, legal negotiation and operating expense analysis.
