Charlie Gibson joined Cushman & Wakefield’s office team in 2015. He specializes in office leasing, representing both landlords and tenants and investment sales. In six short years, he has completed over $600 million dollars of leasing and sales transactions. He has been recognized by the Nashville Business Journal as a Power Leader in Commercial Real Estate and recently received the Cushman and Wakefield Rising Star Award.
