Charlie Gatje

Charlie Gatje joined the company in mid-2017. He came to Vision from Washington D.C., where he worked for over 10 years in Cushman & Wakefield’s property management division. He leads Vision’s team of property management professionals to provide full property and asset management services for the Vision Real Estate Partners portfolio and select third-party assignments.

Prior to joining Vision, Charlie managed millions of square feet on behalf of various clients, overseeing properties in multiple jurisdictions that included wholly owned individual investment properties, bank owned assets, institutional investment pension fund holdings, and the office component of Washington D.C.’s largest non-governmental property owner. At Cushman & Wakefield, Charlie coordinated multimillion-dollar capital projects to include elevator modernizations, garage structural rehabilitations, fire system replacements, HVAC system replacements, and base building retrofits. He also directly oversaw and tracked numerous multimillion-dollar tenant improvement fit-out projects. Charles holds a master's degree from Georgetown University in Real Estate Finance and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the American University.
