Charles M. Polk, III, SIOR is a commercial real estate expert specializing in offering comprehensive services including tenant representation, agency leasing, capital markets and industrial leasing to businesses on a diverse array of real estate matters. He has completed transactions for tenant and landlord clients locally, nationally, and internationally.. In addition to the services he provides to his clients, Charlie is an Executive Managing Director with primary responsibility for the leasing and management businesses in the Richmond and Hampton Roads regions for JLL. With more than 20 years of experience in providing expert service, Charlie has earned the status of top producer and the reputation as one of the most active and skilled negotiators throughout the region and beyond. He has extensive experience in advising clients and acting on their behalf for relocation, renegotiation and disposition of office and industrial space on a multi-market basis.
