Bio
Charles E. (Chuck) Parker is Senior Vice President of Project Management for Balfour Beatty Communities, responsible for coordinating and executing development for the company’s military program.
Mr. Parker has more than 35 years of development and operational oversight of residential housing and social infrastructure P3 initiatives. Before joining BBC, he held positions as EVP of Business Development and President of public-private real estate organizations. Chuck served in the U.S. Army as an Army Captain and graduated from the U.S Military Academy at West Point.
