Charles Osborne

Mr. Osborne joined Azure in 2019 as an Associate and is focused on the asset management of Azure's portfolio as well as the sourcing and underwriting of new acquisitions. Prior to joining Azure, Mr. Osborne was an Acquisitions Associate at Sentinel Real Estate Corporation, a real estate investment advisory firm located in New York City. At Sentinel, Mr. Osborne's responsibilities included sourcing and underwriting new multi-family acquisitions throughout the U.S. Prior to Sentinel, Mr. Osborne was an Asset Management Analyst at The LeFrak Organization located in New York City. At LeFrak, Mr. Osborne focused on the strategic management of multi-family assets in the New York City Metro area.
