Bio

Charles D. Nolan, Jr. is Chairman of Nolan Reynolds International. With over 30 years experience owning and operating a successful real estate development company, he has overseen the construction/development of nearly 4 million square feet of the company’s diverse portfolio. Charles’s development experience encompasses a broad spectrum of product types including retail, office, warehousing/light industrial, housing, hospitality and historic renovation. Charles has a strong record in site plan development, zoning, land use, construction document development, construction management, project financing and property management.

Charles has experience working with dozens of municipalities and numerous levels of government in many different metropolitan areas throughout the United States and parts of Latin America. He is a strong proponent of responsible land use and is known for proactively planning developments that preserve and enhance the character of the surrounding community.

Charles holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from M.I.T and a Bachelor’s degree in both Finance and Marketing from Boston University. He is active as the Chairman of the Medina Planning Commission of which he has been a member for 8 years. He is a member of the Board of Directors for the Lundstrum Center, a non-profit organization supporting performing arts opportunities for disadvantaged youth, and he is on the Board of Advisors for The Ackerberg Group. Charles is a former board member of numerous other public and private entities including Northcott Hospitality International, and he is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Consejo de Desarrollo Inmobiliario (CODI), and AEIGS.

Through thoughtful leadership and a well-managed team approach, Charles guides his staff to produce high-quality real estate developments and investments. His depth of practical knowledge and business expertise provides ongoing value for tenants and investment partners.
