Charles McClure is a Regional Vice President for SteelWave. Charles is responsible for the management and leasing oversight of the SteelWave Southern California commercial portfolio currently consisting of 2.1 million rentable square feet of office space. All members of the SteelWave property management team in Southern California report to Charles. Charles’ experience includes several years of directly negotiating leases and managing on-site marketing efforts for SteelWave projects. As Regional Vice President, Charles is involved with the acquisitions and sales process within the SteelWave Southern California portfolio. Charles has 30+ years of real estate experience in management and leasing, 16 of those years with SteelWave.
