Charles Carmody is a Senior Vice President in brokerage at CBRE's Charleston office. During his 25+ years in commercial real estate as a broker, Charles has brought together buyers and sellers and lessees and lessors, and negotiated sales and leases for all types of commercial properties. 

Charles, a Lowcountry native, lives in Mount Pleasant with his wife, Mary Page, and their two children.
