Mr. Carmichael leads NAI Capital's Information Services Group as Chief Information Officer with a portfolio of information systems, associated processes and sets the long term vision for application of technology for the company. Mr. Carmichael continues to service his brokerage clients, and partners with NAI Capital brokers on new opportunities.

Mr. Carmichael brings a unique skill set to NAI Capital, converging CRE and information technology disciplines. Since 2008 he has focused on investments, leasing and owner user sales as a member of the Encino Industrial Team in the San Fernando Valley. Prior to joining NAI Capital, his experience includes 12 years in Information Technology technical and management positions, most recently at Northrop Grumman and TRW, where he managed increasingly complex technology programs, including those at the senior executive level for the corporate offices, legal department and numerous software development projects from COTS to custom development. His experience working with senior executives on complex business issues, translating them into real-world business opportunities where technology enhances the overall process and creates a competitive edge for our clients, brokers and staff.
