As the SVP of Seniors Housing Investment Sales at BWE Investment Sales, I provide capital market services to clients in the seniors housing sector nationally. I have over 30 years of experience in real estate, real estate development, and real estate transactions, with a focus on seniors housing and health care properties. I joined BWE in September 2023 to form and grow a national seniors housing investment sales platform that complements BWE's highly regarded seniors housing debt group. In this role, I represent clients in the sale of seniors housing assets, and also work to build out a team of investment sales professionals across the country. My mission is to deliver exceptional value and service to seniors housing owners, investors, developers, and financiers, and to leverage my extensive network and expertise in the industry.
