Charles Beard

Based in CBRE's Atlanta office, Charles Beard works in the Investment Properties Group providing leasing, investment and consulting services.  

Mr. Beard specializes in the sale and leasing of Value-add assets throughout the Southeast.  His approach of centering real estate decisions based on the pre-determined investment strategy of his clients, coupled with a proactive "tenant-rep" approach to leasing assets, has set him apart from the "one-off transaction" methodology.  Mr. Beard's past and current clients include Well Fargo, Ohio National Financial Services, The Company Real Estate, and Ameris Bank.

Previously, Mr. Beard was with CBRE's Tenant Representation Group representing companies such as Regions Bank, Spherion Staffing Corporation, Gilbane Construction, and Regus.  Before joining CBRE's Atlanta Tenant Representation Group, Mr. Beard was with the Financial Consulting Group at CBRE, assisting in the sale of over 7 million square feet of Class A office product.  Prior to working with CBRE, Mr. Beard was an Asset Management Analyst for Wells Real Estate Funds.

Mr. Beard is activity involved with Covenant House Georgia, where he serves on the Board of Directors.
