Bio
As the Manager of Leasing and Acquisitions, Chandler is responsible for PegasusAblon’s Generational Asset Program, or GAP Program, an investment program focused on acquiring income producing, multi-tenant retail assets in North Texas with the goal of establishing low-risk, long-term portfolio income for investment partners. Prior to joining PegasusAblon, Chandler served as the head of leasing for David E. Claassen Investments for two years, where he was responsible for over one million square feet of retail property.
