Chama Punlert

Mrs. Punlert has served as Senior Vice President and Head of Credit since April 2016. Prior to joining Essential Properties, Chama was a Director at Spirit Realty Capital (SRC), a publicly-traded triple-net lease REIT, where she was responsible for sourcing and underwriting new investment opportunities. Before Spirit Realty, Chama held positions as an Associate at PCCP and Lowe Enterprises Investors where she performed market research, assisted with fundraising efforts, and reviewed performance returns. Chama received an M.B.A. from NYU’s Stern School of Business and a B.S. from Cal Poly Pomona.
