Chadwick McCleskey serves as a First Vice President in the El Paso office of CBRE, focusing on industrial tenant representation and advisory services. He has more than ten years of real estate brokerage experience in the El Paso/Juarez marketplace.

His understanding of key trends impacting investment decisions along the border for multi-national corporations has proven invaluable to his clients. In addition to his industrial representation work, Mr. McCleskey also serves as the El Paso office's single point of contact for retail, office and land transactions. His experience with and knowledge of capital and financial investment underwriting act as an additional support tool.

Mr. McCleskey joined CBRE in 2010 as part of a transition wherein members of his previous team, TeamNAFTA (a former CBRE affiliate office), became part of the CBRE brand. He started with TeamNAFTA in 2002. Prior to joining TeamNAFTA, Mr. McCleskey was with TVO North America for three years as an acquisitions analyst where he was involved in the evaluation and acquisition of multi-family investment properties throughout Texas, the Midwest and Southwest.
