Chad Torres

Chad Torres is an Associate within the Matthews™ Leasing Division. Based out of Phoenix, he specializes in aiding tenants in their expansion efforts by prospecting new territories, in addition to negotiating leases on behalf of his clients. Chad makes sure to understand his client’s goals, business, and customer base when seeking potential tenants. On the landlord side, he maximizes the value of investments through custom marketing services, strategic planning, and in-depth market trends knowledge. He has cultivated numerous relationships with private investors, private equity firms, developers, and REITs in the industry. Chad works relentlessly to execute the best deals on behalf of his clients.

Prior to joining Matthews™, Chad had extensive experience in office-industrial tenant representation, retail property investment sales, and commercial property development, acquisition, disposition, and leasing. He has over 10 years of industry experience, enabling him to provide brokerage and principal perspectives for his clients.
