Chad is a Director at the Los Angeles office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. As part of the Industrial Capital Markets practice for Southern California, he specializes in industrial investment sales, joint venture/equity, and industrial re-capitalization for institutional and corporate clients as well as private owners of real estate. Over the course of his career, Chad has been involved with the sales of over 5 million square feet of property, representing a value more than $1 billion.

Chad graduated from Southern Methodist University with a BBA in Finance and minors in Real Estate and Economics. He currently lives in West Los Angeles.
