Chad Jones

Chad Jones is a Managing Director based in Greenwich, Connecticut. Mr. Jones focuses on the sourcing, structuring and origination of senior and subordinate commercial mortgage investments across all property types and markets. Prior to joining LoanCore in 2011, Mr. Jones worked for Savills in their real estate investment banking group, focusing on debt and equity placement. Prior to that, Mr. Jones was a member of the leveraged finance group at Capmark Investments, focusing on the origination and structuring of commercial real estate debt. Mr. Jones graduated from Villanova University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.
