Chad joined Cushman & Wakefield (Cassidy Turley/DTZ Legacy) in 2003 and specializes in retail & shopping center investment sales and agency leasing, ground up development advisory and tenant representation. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Chad was an acquisitions analyst and asset manager for Aspen Properties & Spectrum Property Management, respectively.

Today, Chad's multi-faceted experience in lease negotiations, acquisitions and dispositions as a retail specialist have allowed him to assist his clients in successfully achieving their goals and strategies. On a national level, Chad is the master broker for Chuze Fitness and regionally represents notable companies such as Citibank, Ethan Allen, Qdoba, Yoga 6, Saint Archer Brewing and a number of others. In addition to tenant advisory, Chad and his team represent the agency leasing for over 5 million square feet of shopping centers throughout San Diego, Riverside, San Bernardino and Orange Counties.

Chad is consistently named as one of "Costar's Power Brokers of the Year" and is a top producer in Southern California for Cushman & Wakefield's Retail Division. He is an active participant in the University of San Diego Real Estate Alumni Association and ICSC. Chad has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of San Diego with an emphasis in Finance and Marketing and has his CCIM Designation.
